How To Have Breast Reduction Surgery At Medistate Hospital?
Verify Your Eligibility
Although we receive many requests for breast reduction surgery, unfortunately due to health issues not everyone is suitable. We ask you to send your pictures and provide answers for some questions. This enables our doctors to get a closer look at your case and confirm your suitability for surgery. You can submit your photos via email or whatsapp.
Decide On A Date
Once you have received the report and are satisfied with its contents, you will be able to choose a suitable date for treatment. Please bear in mind that we are usually fully booked for 4-6 weeks. We therefore advise our patients to book in advance, especially if they can only come on certain days due to work or personal commitments.
Fly To Istanbul
You should arrive in Istanbul the day before the operation. Our driver will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. The following day you will arrive at the hospital. After all necessary controls and consultations with your doctor, you will undergo surgery. After the operation, you will stay in hospital for 2 or more nights under the supervision of a doctor and experienced medical staff. You will be discharged from the hospital on the instructions of your surgeon.
Surgery Time
Your doctor will visit and consult you every day after surgery. After you are discharged from the hospital, we will take you back to your hotel and you will spend 3-4 days in Istanbul. Your doctor will explain all the instructions to you. The use of compression garments after breast surgery is essential for a quick and effective recovery. A few days after the surgery, we will bring you back to the hospital for a final check-up and dressing change. After the final check-up, you will be able to go home.
Postsurgical Care
Our relationship with you does not end when you return to your country. We regularly check on your condition and ask you to send your photos to share with our doctors. Of course, we are always happy to answer your questions, as your peace of mind is of first priority importance to us.
